It is over 50 years since the Municipal Borough of Altrincham, Bowdon, Carrington, Dunham Massey, Hale Urban District, Partington, Sale Municipal Borough and Warburton were united with Stretford Municipal Borough and Urmston Urban District, to form the authority of Trafford.

In partnership with Trafford Council, Trafford Developments has instructed the construction of major new energy efficient dwellings across the Trafford borough.
